Patient presenting after previous septorhinoplasty elsewhere with a totally collapsed nose, major tip asymmetry, pinching and collapse of the tip and as a result with major airway obstruction . The patient required a complex re-build of her nose to restore nasal aesthetics and more importantly a normal airway .This required a complex rib graft septorhinoplasty .
