This patient presented with a nasal deformity after an unsuccessful rhinoplasty elsewhere. She disliked the bridge profile and felt that her nose was not altered enough and remained too large particularly in the tip area. She had a typical appearance of excess tissue in the tip area called a “polybeak” deformity due to either too much upper bridge removal, too little lower bridge tip reduction or a combination of both. This was a difficult revisional rhinoplasty as the patient had thick skin at the tip of her nose. Her nose shows an altered profile after a revision rhinoplasty.
