This patient presented requesting to alter his nose to achieve a nose more in proportion with his facial proportions but at the same time desiring a subtle look. As is often the case in male patients, very thick skin covering limits the degree of alteration and increases the degree of difficulty but with advanced rhinoplasty techniques this challenge can be managed and a subtle yet visible result can be achieved.
