This patient presented requesting a larger nose and chin and complained of poor breathing. She underwent an augmentation of her nose (rhinoplasty) which at the same time achieved an altered nasal shape and improved breathing. A rib graft was used to completely reshape her nose. A Medpor chin implant was used to alter her overall facial proportions.
