Case 17

This patient presented with a post traumatic deviation of his nose to the left side and airway obstruction. The deviated dorsal bridge required lowering to facilitate correction of the deformity and reconstruction of the nasal roof with spreader grafts.Post operatively the nose is altered and breathing is improved.
