This female patient presented desiring to address her nasal shape and to improve her breathing. She had a very difficult problem with thin skin, an asymmetrical dorsal hump/bridge, a long nose but with an under projecting tip tethered to a short upper lip. On frontal view the nose is narrow with a plunging tip.
After a difficult septorhinoplasty her nasal and facial profile is altered.
