This patient presented with an underlying nasal obstruction due to septal deviation and external valve collapse. An additional challenge was her extremely thin skin which was addressed by using a facial graft to slightly thicken the skin covering layer. After surgery symmetry was addressed with a straighter nose and improved breathing.
