This patient presented desiring a more defined nose with a higher bridge and more length. In addition, she requested an upper blepharoplasty. The patient had extremely thick, oily skin and it was emphasised that this would limit the degree of changes that could be achieved.

She underwent a full structured rhinoplasty, lengthening the nose and raising the bridge. This re-structuring markedly improved her breathing. An asian blepharoplasty/upper eyelid procedure was also performed (double eyelid procedure ).
