This patient with very thin nasal skin presented with a nasal deformity with a reverse C curve to the bridge viewed front on. There was severe nasal obstruction with complete obstruction internally from a septal deviation.Post surgery the nose shape is altered. Breathing is improved. Fascial grafting addressed the problem of thin skin.
