This patient presented requesting an altered nose shape. An additional challenge was the nostril rims were retracted and sitting too high relative to the underside of the nose ( columella ) giving her nostrils a large appearance. This is an extremely difficult rhinoplasty problem.
After surgery the nostril rims have lowered, the nose is deprojected with a straighter profile and the tip position is addressed.
