This male patient presented with a deviation of the nose to the left side. He desired a subtle reduction rhinoplasty and to breathe better. His nose was challenging due to thick skin and the severe deviation of the nose. He had a short upper lip with crowding of the space between his nose and upper lip. After surgery, the nose is altered and there is more space between his upper lip and nose.
