This patient presented with a nasal airway obstruction. Examination revealed a crooked nose to the left due to severe septal and bony nasal deviation and in addition on the right side internally the entire nasal passage was blocked by a large nasal polyp. A full functional septorhinoplasty corrected all these issues and by removing the bony hump from the bridge the nasal deviation could be fully addressed.
