This patient presented with nasal obstruction due to severe external valve nostril collapse ( particularly on the right side ) and a narrow, overprotecting nose with additional internal valve obstruction and a deviated septum.Very thin skin provided an additional challenge and required fascial grafting. After surgery the airway is improved and the nostrils no longer collapse when breathing in.
