A 35 year old female patient who presented desiring to address her profile and complaining of nasal obstruction. She had a significant nasal obstruction with a deviated septum. An additional major component of nasal obstruction was her plunging nasal tip. An extra challenge was the extremely thin skin in this patient

After an extremely complex and challenging septorhinoplasty procedure her nasal profile is altered. A fascial graft was used to thicken the thin skin over the bridge and tip. Her breathing is improved.
