This patient presented after an unsuccesful rhinoplasty elsewhere. Too much of the bridge had been removed. His breathing was also poor and needed to be corrected. Due to the significant collapse of his nasal structure and lack of remaining tissue in the nose he was was assessed to require a rib cartilage graft. After a complex revisional rhinoplasty his breathing and overall nasal form is restored.
