This patient presented requesting to address both her breathing and overall nasal shape.  It was emphasised that her thick skin would limit the degree of alteration that could be achieved. The basal view shows septal deviation into the left nostril which was a cause of obstruction and made her left nostril appear smaller. The post surgery basal views show the nostril asymmetry and septal deviation is altered.
